Set up your device
Two minutes per device — install the app, then switch on the screen-reader features you want.
Android
- Scan the QR code (or open eyewaz.com/app in Chrome).
- Tap the menu (three dots) then Add to Home screen or Install app.
- For full-screen reading, turn on TalkBack: Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack.
- To make Urdu your system voice (with our voice engine installed): Settings > Accessibility > Text-to-speech output > EYEWAZ.
iPhone & iPad
- Scan the QR code (or open eyewaz.com/app in Safari).
- Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
- For system-wide speech, turn on VoiceOver: Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver.
- Tip: say "Turn on VoiceOver" to Siri — the fastest hands-free way.
Computer
- Open eyewaz.com/app in Chrome or Edge — that's it.
- Optional: click Install in the address bar to add EYEWAZ like a desktop app.
- On Windows, our NVDA add-on gives the whole PC an Urdu voice — ask us for the add-on file.
Why don't we flip these switches automatically? Phones treat accessibility settings as protected — no app is allowed to change them silently, and that's a good safety rule. So EYEWAZ does the next best thing: clear spoken guidance, and on Android our app can take you straight to the right settings screen.
